Where to find my Steam account login?

Go to Steam → Settings → Account. The login will be shown as “Account Name”.
It is also displayed in the top right corner of the Steam client after logging in (the name you use to sign in).

⚠️ Note: the login is not your nickname or email.
Make sure the login is entered without errors or spaces.

You can also determine your region by the currency displayed in the store.

– Enter only the login, not email or nickname. Make sure the login is entered without errors or spaces.
– The account must be from a supported CIS region (see below).
– Check the correctness of the data before paying.

Accepted Answer

Auto top-up is only possible for accounts from the following countries:
Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.
Topping up accounts from other regions is not guaranteed, but may still work in some cases.

What amount can be topped up and can the balance be topped up multiple times in a row?

Accepted Answer

Yes. But you need to wait for the previous top-up to complete before placing the next order.

Our single purchase limit is 15,000 rubles, so we recommend splitting large amounts.

The daily limit for topping up Steam accounts is 31,000 rubles, and no more than 3 payments per day (any account top-ups from any source count, not just ours).

Can accounts from Crimea, LNR, DNR and other unsupported regions be topped up?

Accepted Answer

Topping up accounts if you are in sanctioned regions (Crimea, LNR, DNR, etc.) is not officially supported by Steam.

For top-up in unsupported regions to work, you need to:

– 30 minutes before payment, close the client everywhere it is active — on PC and smartphone, disable Wi-Fi, mobile internet and put the device in airplane mode.
– After paying for the order, you will receive a Steam email about successful top-up, after which you can log into your account again.

Can a new Steam account be topped up?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can top up the balance of a new Steam account, but first you need to set up your region. Download a couple of free games and play them for a few hours to prevent your account region from changing.

Do not top up new accounts if no purchases or top-ups have been made on them and you haven’t established your region through free games, as there may be an automatic change of your account region to CIS with USD currency, after which it will be impossible to change the region back to Russia due to sanctions. We are not responsible in this case.

⛔️ For specifically changing the region, top-up won’t work. Change your account region in advance if necessary.

What to do if I entered the wrong login?

Accepted Answer

If you made an error in the login, urgently contact our support.

– If the order has not been processed yet — we will make changes.
– If the top-up has already occurred, it means the login you specified exists and the top-up went there — refund is not possible.
– If you purchased for another unsupported region (not CIS) and your account was not topped up, a refund is possible with 10% deduction.

Question 9

Money was debited but nothing came to the balance. Why?

Accepted Answer

– Make sure you entered the correct login.
– After payment you will be redirected to our site (if not redirected, click the “Get product” button on your order payment page).
– Wait up to 30–180 minutes — a technical delay is possible.
– If more than 3 hours have passed — write to us and we’ll check everything.

Why did a smaller amount arrive than I paid?

Accepted Answer

Main reasons:
– The account region doesn’t match what was expected.
– Currency conversion occurred due to exchange rate differences for your Steam account currency, so we recommend entering an amount a few rubles more than you need.
– Steam withheld an internal commission.
– The service adjusts the amount during automatic distribution.
